Abou Me
My Story
I, Agustin Rasche, was born in Berlin, Germany, and come from Argentine and German heritage. Swimming has been a defining part of my life since I was 9 years old, and over time it became more than a sport—it became the foundation for my discipline, resilience, and mindset. I began competing seriously in 2017, earned junior national success in Germany, and later represented Argentina at the World University Games in 2025. Today, I continue that journey in the United States as a swimmer at George Mason while pursuing a master’s degree in information security management. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration in May 2025 from the University of the Cumberlands. One of my proudest early achievements was finishing third at the German National Junior Short Course Championships, and one of my most meaningful international milestones was competing at the 2025 World University Games in Berlin for Argentina. My long-term goal has always been bigger than sport alone: to come to the United States, prove myself in the pool, grow as a leader, and build a strong academic and professional future beyond competition.
